Mr. Masari Aim Smith is the founder and driving force behind M-Smith Advocates, which he established in Kampala in 2013 with a clear mission: to make high-quality, results-driven legal representation accessible to businesses and individuals across Uganda and the wider East African Community.

With over a decade of practice spanning corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, litigation, and EAC cross-border matters, Mr. Smith brings strategic acumen and practical judgment to every client engagement. He personally oversees the firm's most complex mandates and leads the firm's expanding regional practice.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society, and regularly appears before the High Court of Uganda and various arbitral tribunals. He is known for his meticulous preparation, persuasive advocacy, and deep understanding of the commercial landscape in East Africa.
